Out of Stock Products
Our goal at LG Spare Part is to ship your products accurately and as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, there may be times when we are out of stock on an item you have ordered which may delay your shipment. We will keep you informed if there will be any delays due to out-of-stock items on your order, typically via email if you have provided an email address. And of course, we will ship your order as soon as the product becomes available.
You may return your merchandise for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
If you wish to return purchased merchandise please contact us email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an order number and instructions on how to return the merchandise.
When processing returns, please be aware that a 20% handling cost will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative and processing expenses.
All returned items must be in a new, unused condition and contain all original parts, shrink wrap, protective seals and components. We will not accept or refund any items that have been damaged, used, or do not contain all original parts, shrink wrap, protective seals and components. We will not issue any refunds on products that were damaged during installation or because of incorrect installation, so please read the Installation Manual before you install filters. We do not refund shipping on returned items.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment to return the merchandise to LG Spare Part. We encourage our customers to use a shipment method that provides tracking information from AU Post office website (https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search).
If your return comes back to us damaged we will follow the above outlined policy and no refund will be issued. We encourage our customers to package their return carefully as to avoid any damages in transit back to us. If your purchase was made beyond 14 days ago, LG Spare part will accept a return in exchange for store credit up to 6 months after the order was placed. Once your return is accepted, your store credit will be available. If you prefer to place a new order before your return is processed, your store credit will be refunded to the new purchase once the returned merchandise passes inspection.
Please note, your new purchase must be at least equal value to your store credit in order for the full amount to be refunded to your new transaction.
**Store credit will expire after 6 months**
If you provide an undeliverable address and your package comes back to us marked undeliverable we will contact you to obtain a valid shipping address. You will be responsible for shipping cost to reship your order to you. Please note you will be charged the actual cost of shipment even if you only previously shipping was Free if we have to reship your order due to undeliverable address.
